The INEOS Grenadier lineup includes Station Wagon hardbody SUV and Quartermaster double cab pickup, built on heavy-duty ladder frame, Carraro solid beam rear axles and factory Eibach progressive coil springs, paired with ZF dampers and a factory 3,500kg braked towing rating. Popular with global farmers, mine fleets, caravan towers and long-distance overlanders, it delivers outstanding rock crawling and cross-country performance.
However, the OEM coil setup shows obvious limits under heavy expedition loads:
  • Grenadier Wagon: Heavy rooftop tents, rear drawer storage, auxiliary fuel/water tanks compress rear coils and trigger noticeable rear squat
  • Quartermaster Pickup: Fully loaded tray gear, camping equipment and heavy trailer tongue weight cause unstable highway handling, violent body roll and frequent bottom-out on corrugated gravel trails
  • Long-distance towing leads to uneven tire wear, tilted headlights and accelerated fatigue of original coils & shocks
AIRBFT tailor-made air helper springs install inside factory rear Eibach coils, specially calibrated for Grenadier’s five-link solid axle layout. It retains the vehicle’s signature off-road wheel articulation while adding fully adjustable load support, balancing daily street comfort, rugged trail flexibility and safe heavy-load towing for all petrol, diesel and mild-hybrid Grenadier models (2023–present).
